Michael Sze, GBS was a former Executive Director of the Hong Kong Trade Development Council, a position he held for eight years prior to his retirement in 2004. Before that, he worked for 25 years in various capacities in the Hong Kong Government, including the posts of Secretary for Constitutional Affairs and Secretary for Civil Service. He is currently a non-executive director of Swire Pacific and Lee Kum Kee Co Ltd.
　

Michael Samuel Rosenberg, OBE has been the chairman of Pilat Media Global plc, a media software company quoted on AIM since 2002. He started his career at Samuel Montagu & Co. Limited, the merchant bank, in 1957 before joining its board in 1971. In 1974 he co-founded Allied Investments Limited, an international healthcare group. He was also a founding director and shareholder of TVam, the breakfast channel and has been a director of David Paradine Limited, the holding company for Sir David Frost's business interests. He is a member of the Board of the China Britain Business Council.
